What time does the festival open?
The site will open at to the public at 3pm on Friday 12th June


Where can I park?
Parking is free in the designated parking field which is a short walk from the camping area. No cars are allowed onsite to ensure the safety of all our guests.  All live-in vehicles/camper vans require a site pass at £15 and must remain onsite until the festival has finished on Sunday evening.

Can I buy tickets at the gate?
Tickets must be purchased in advance. No admittance on the door. 

 
The tickets are amazing value, is it expensive once I get onsite?
Vann Fest work with all our traders to ensure that the festival remains great value throughout the weekend. We also run a number of FREE workshops  and children's activities throughout the weekend. On occasion we may charge for some of the specialist activities, such as Axe Throwing, and Tie-Dye T-shirt Making, however the cost of these will not exceed £5 per person.

 
Can I bring my dog?
No. Sorry we do not allow dogs on site. 

 
Can I hire camping equipment from you?
We do not have a facility to hire out any camping equipment. 

 
What are the onsite facilities?
Toilets are available onsite, and you will be able to access drinking water. We do not have shower facility available at this time.

 
Is the site accessible by public transport?
The nearest railway station is Ockley, which is just over 2 miles from the festival site. Dorking is the most accessible national railway station, 8 miles from the festival site.

 
What about accessibility?
If you require assistance, please contact a member of the team on site who will be happy to assist you. 

 
Is there onsite security?
There will be security on site, however you are required to take necessary precautions when securing your belongings. Vann Fest is not responsible for any damage or losses to any goods or vehicles on site. 

 
Where are the nearest hotels?
There are a number of hotels and Bed and Breakfasts within close proximity to the Vann Fest site. For full information please have a look at www.booking.com, or www.travelodge.co.uk.
